By booking a stay at Black Pearl Suites, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

All rates are in Tongan Paʻanga (TOP) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

Extra Charges

• Extra bed (on request): $50 TOP per night.

• Late check-out (subject to availability): $50 TOP.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, with a minimum charge of $50 TOP (the final amount will depend on the extent of the damage).

Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information at the time of booking.

• Respect the property, fellow guests, and staff throughout your stay.

Liability

Black Pearl Suites is not responsible for:

• The loss of personal belongings or valuables.

• Temporary interruptions in services (such as water, electricity, or internet) that are beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga.
