Cancellations

• More than 14 days before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee applies (the deposit is retained).

• 14 days or less before arrival: A 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

Refunds

• Where applicable, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Bookings

From time to time, Black Pearl Suites may offer special rates or promotions that are clearly marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
